Schönbrunn Palace

The palace is the number one sight in Vienna. The history of the palace dates back as far as Middle Ages. The estate became in possession of Habsburg in 1569 through Austria’s emperor Maximilian II. The Habsburgs are one of Europe’s most prominent, influential, and powerful dynasties. The palace also has a rich architectural history throughout the centuries. I was so amazed by the architecture and the grand garden of the palace during my tour. I also learned the people of Vienna are proud of the palace heritage and that it has become the city’s number one tourist attraction site.
