One of my favorite things about the landscape here is all the stone ruins. These photos are from Bishop’s Quarter and Corcomroe Abbey in Co. Clare, Ireland. I’m so captivated by these abandoned structures that feel so permanent yet are being taken over by vegetation and the elements. Their architecture has become a source of inspiration for the art work I’m making in my program.
