Future Career Goals:

After graduating from my Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, I plan to get my Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), then my Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) in hopes of becoming a school librarian! I want to be a person of support for students in secondary education, while promoting reading and literacy.

Top 3 Goals for your time abroad:

After spending four months in the “People’s Capital” of Ireland, I hope to read a lot of Irish literature, develop friendships with Irish locals and peers, and ultimately, return with a strong sense of céad míle fáilte (Irish Gaelic, “100 thousand welcomes”) to share with my family, friends, and future students!
