Future Career Goals:

My future career goal is to become a forensic toxicologist, a career demanding not only scientific expertise, but also strong cross-cultural communication skills, especially in legal proceedings involving diverse populations. My study abroad experience will help me develop a strong proficiency in the Spanish language that will be beneficial and make me stand out in this career as a bilingual person.

Top 3 Goals for your time abroad:

1. Achieve Spanish fluency, being able to more confidently speak, read, and write in the language.
2. Make long lasting connections with my host family, classmates, and other locals
3. Explore Spanish history, art, and culture

A Message to Our Donors:

I would like to personally thank all FEA donors that make scholarships like these possible, as receiving this scholarship will significantly enhance my study abroad experience and help me grow as an individual, both personally and academically. Not only will it reduce the burden of the program costs and living expenses, but it will help me focus more on my studies, making connections, and engaging more deeply with the cultural opportunities offered in my study abroad program. It will also help me finally achieve my goal of becoming fluent in the Spanish language.
