As Senior Vice President for Education in Ireland, Sara supports the Irish higher education institutions in their partnership, outreach, and recruitment efforts in the US. Prior to joining Education in Ireland, she served as Associate Vice President for University Partnerships at International Studies Abroad and Education Abroad Coordinator at Boise State University. Sara holds a BA in History and an MA in Higher Education Administration from Boston College. She has also served as the Co-Chair of the New England Lessons From Abroad Conference and the Communications Representative on the NAFSA Region XI Team, and authored the chapter on student advising in the most recent edition of the NAFSA Guide to Education Abroad. Her professional areas of interest include Generation Z, the intersection of education abroad and career services, and international experiences as a tool for developing resilience.
