Brad Stepan is the Director of North American Operations for DIS – Study Abroad in Scandinavia. DIS is a non-profit study abroad foundation with locations in Scandinavia. Brad has been with DIS since 1996 and prior to his time at DIS, he worked with inbound international students and in Human Resources. Brad is based at the DIS North American Office in Minneapolis. He sits on the DIS’ Executive Team and provides strategic oversight of DIS Enrollment, Partner Relations, Outreach, and DIS’ scholarship programs. He also serves as Executive Director of the DIS Alumni Community Foundation.
He studied abroad in both Denmark and Mexico, and he worked abroad in London and Sydney. Brad has a B.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Minnesota and a M.Ed. in Student Affairs & Higher Education from the University of Wisconsin.
