James F. Perna

Jim Perna is an attorney who has practiced in Washington DC for more than 30 years specializing in taxation, real estate finance, corporate, partnership, and estate matters.  He is a graduate of Cornell University, University of California at Berkeley, and Georgetown University. Mr. Perna also serves on the George Woodward Co. B.T., a Philadelphia real estate and investment company, and as Chairman of the Board of Homestead Funds, Inc., a family of mutual funds.
