The beautiful Bojo Beach.

I don’t know if you all remember, but in a previous post I mentioned my beach woes at Kokrobite Beach. It wasn’t what I wanted in a beach and I was looking for the opportunity to visit other beaches. That opportunity came up yesterday!  I went to Bojo Beach which is in the same area as Kokrobite Beach. And let me tell you…

I love Bojo Beach. It’s gorgeous. Truly. The sands are nice and clean, the water is blue, and the scenery is so pretty. This beach is not free and cost 15 cedis which is the equivalent of $3.30. What’s interesting about this beach is that it’s pretty much an island. In order to reach the beach, you have to take a small boat (the boat ride is free and you can take multiple trips to the “mainland”). The ride is no more than five minutes and it’s kind of fun. Once you’re at the beach, you can sit at tables, order drinks and food, and enjoy the day.

I had a really good time at the beach and would definitely recommend visiting this place if you’re coming to Ghana. It does cost money but it’s well worth it.

Yebehyia!
