Tourist-Free Barcelona
Oh, to be able to roam the streets of Barcelona free of tourists. I knew COVID-19 would change the experience of studying abroad but it has been fairly easy to see the blessings intertwined in these uncharted times. I’ve been able to see the real Barcelona for what it truly is. Never again will I have the chance to experience the city the way I am right now, so I am soaking in all of the charm of empty alleys and peaceful beach visits.
