Australian Culture

I was surprised to see the melting pot of cultures Australia holds. Though they are different everyone seems to have the same laid back vibe and friendliness. No one was snobbish or rude. When we visited Manly Beach on the weekend people were hanging out in large groups enjoying free time with their friends. Some were in swim wear while others had on business clothes. It didnโ€™t matter, they came as they were, and had a good time. When we traveled to the Blue Mountains our tour guide shared the aboriginal sleep story of the three sisters with us. His wife and son are of this culture. The views from Echo point are breathtaking. You can read the story of the sisters at bluemts.com.au

We got the chance to experience Australiaโ€™s unique wildlife up close and personal at Featherdale Wildlife park. Even the animals here seem laid back. I enjoyed feeding the wallabies and seeing the different types of colorful birds.
