According to the “Female Age Defying Plan (å¥³æ€§ æŠ—è¡°è€è®¡åˆ’)” book published by the Chinese Gynecology Society, women of different age groups have to take different steps to preserving their health.
I will primarily focus on the 20s age group as it is most pertinent for me. It was advised that women are advised to generously eat these 11 age-defying foods:
1. Lemon. Lemon contains high levels of Vitamin C, B1, and B2. Vitamin C is an excellant antioxidant, and can battle against free radicals of the skin.
3. Animal skin.
8. Wolfberry or Goji Berries carries high source of beta-carotene, vitamin B1, B2, C, E,
9. Chinese cabbage or “bok choy”. Bok Choy embeds high levels of Vitamin E and is an excellent agent in reducing the apperance of age spots and brown spots.
