I went to Seoul Central Market tonight with my roommate because my professor who grew up in Orange County recommended this authentic pho restaurant. The vibes of the place felt as if I was back in Saigon, eating pho with my mom on the sidewalk. The tables, menu, and especially the pho itself were enough to remind me of what Vietnam was like. It was the best pho I’ve had so far in Seoul, and I don’t think I’m ever going to find another that is better and as authentic as this one.
