Scavenger Hunt Day 1! First day of classes has started and my first project from both the Marketing course and the Food & Beverage Management course is a two-day scavenger hunt around Paris. Back in Boston, my first project in my introductory class to Hospitality was a scavenger hunt in Boston, so it was really exciting to experience it again in Paris. This stop is at the Arc de Triomphe which is a monument commissioned by Napoleon, inaugurated by a French king and dedicated to the armies of the revolution and the Empire. Pictured here is my group Leo and Emma!
