International Cooking Lesson and a Serenade





This evening, my housemate from Finland, cooked one of her favorite quick meals for those of us who stayed home.  The dish is called Pesto Feta Hyyrä.  It consists of pizza dough, pesto and Feta cheese rolled into pinwheels and given an egg wash before being baked in the oven.  So simple, yet so delicious! And to top the evening off, we were treated to music by our Brazilian housemates.  What could be better?
