Third day in Barcelona and I stumble upon el Mercado de la Boqueria. The city apparently knows of my love for food. Especially fresh fruit and sweets. Already, Iโ€™ve noticed one of the things Spaniards value most is the quality of their food. Itโ€™s no wonder why they spend hours eating at every meal. They have good food. Hereโ€™s the kicker: all of the delicious AND healthy foods are ~cheap~! They make it a priority to produce quality foods at a price that everyone can enjoy.

Imagine how much healthier both physically and mentally the United States would be as a whole if healthier food was the cheaper optionโ€ฆ
