Highlight: Move in to resident hall, Buddy welcome session, electric car.
Today, I moved into my new resident hall, the Lung Wah Residential Colleges. My neighbor, Cathy Lee, is a very humorous and lively girl. We went to the Buddy party where we mingled with other non-local students. We took the taxi from Lung Wah Residence to Tai Gu stop for $24 HKD. It is best to take taxi with a combination of other students; it will cost similar to taking the bus or electric bus.
Bus 12 on Queen’s Road East will take us from Main Campus back to Lung Wah Residence. Super markets, McDonald’s and other diners are about 10 minutes away by foot. However, be forewarned the road down is very steep. Gym and flats are highly recommended!
