Today’s visit to Chinatown was absolutely magnificent. Our tour guide was a Chinese national and I was so pleased by the pride she has for her heritage and her willingness to teach others about Chinese traditions. Although it was a very cool night, the tour guide’s enthusiasm warmed my eagerness to listen attentively. Chinatown was very lively with hundreds of people sprinkled about. Chinatown is a very valuable pocket of culture in London because it highlights the impact of immigrants in the city. Chinatown bursts will culture as individuals from all across the globe, near and far, come to visit. To conclude the tour, I enjoyed a warm bowl of soup dumplings a a nearby restaurant.
