Hello everyone!

Here is my pre-departure video. I had the opportunity to film this at beautiful White Pines Lake nearby Arnold, CA.

I leave tomorrow (8/25) from SFO and should arrive in Beijing on Sunday afternoon (8/26). The first thing I want to do after I get to my hotel is to look for some delicious street food! I am hoping the first foods to get my hands on are either some baozi, jianbing, or some roujiamou. I’m also on the hunt for this elusive drink I had in China over 10 years ago. I remember it was extremely sweet and a childhood favorite. I also want to find an indoor climbing gym to start my bouldering adventure. I hope to do these things for my first day.
