Pictured here is a coffee machine at Alain Ducasse chocolate & coffee manufacture. We started off our day at Alain Ducasse’s coffee shop and got to see the process of roasting the beans as well brewing it. After that, we visited the chocolate factory across the street and got to see the entire process of picking the cacao seeds to freezing the chocolates. Lastly, conveniently, we visited his gelato shop across the street and were able to try all the flavors. While trying all these products was a great experience on its own, I was able to see how Alain Ducasse created his own brand and expanded the products that he sells.
