My long-term goal is to transition out of the operating room and build a business focused on helping healthcare professionals move into new careers. After more than 30 years in healthcare, I’ve seen firsthand how burnout, physical strain, and lack of guidance can leave people feeling stuck. I want to use my experience to mentor and guide others through that transition.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurship, and my plan is to build a healthcare staffing and consulting business. My goal is to create opportunities, provide direction, and help others take control of their next chapter while also building something meaningful for my family and community.

1. Gain a global perspective on business and entrepreneurship, especially in fast-growing international markets.
2. Build relationships and expand my network with students and professionals from different backgrounds.
3. Step outside my comfort zone and grow personally by experiencing new cultures and ways of thinking.
