I plan to pursue a career in law, policy, and research. I’ve developed a deep thirst for knowledge and a desire to question and understand the systems around me. My lived experiences have pushed me to think critically about inequality, access, and opportunity, and I want to use that perspective, along with what I continue to learn, to create meaningful, lasting change.

During my study abroad experience, I hope to create meaningful memories that I will carry with me for years to come. I want to challenge myself to think about the world differently and return with a new perspective, not as the same person I was before. I also hope to build genuine connections with people from different backgrounds while confidently taking up space as a Black woman.
