My long-term goal is to build a career in Human Resources, where I can help create more inclusive, supportive, and effective workplaces. I’m especially interested in areas like employee relations, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion. I hope to work in a global or multicultural environment where I can apply what I’ve learned about communication, culture, and management across different backgrounds.

1. Gain a deeper understanding of how workplace culture and human resource practices differ internationally, especially in a Nordic context.
2. Build independence and confidence by navigating life, academics, and travel in a new country.
3. Develop intercultural communication skills by connecting with people from different backgrounds and perspectives.
