My future career goal is to become an entrepreneur and own my own business. After graduation, I plan to gain experience in management and operations to understand how successful businesses function, then eventually launch my own company. I’m particularly interested in exploring opportunities in international business, as I believe understanding global markets and cross-cultural management will be essential for competing in today’s economy. Ultimately, I want to create a business that values both productivity and people, applying the servant leadership principles I’ve studied and will observe during my internship in Ireland.

1. Challenge myself by navigating a foreign country independently for the first time, strengthening my self-reliance, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in unfamiliar environments.
2. I hope To grow my leadership, communication, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication skills by working alongside international colleagues and engaging with the Irish community.
3. I hope To leave the program with a clearer understanding of my career interests and a stronger professional foundation.
