While abroad, my goal is to conduct ethnographic fieldwork to obtain a rich authoritative account of an immigrant community in Rome.
I aim to become an intermediate Italian speaker by the end of my program.
I also aim to learn more about Rome’s neighborhood’s social dynamics and cultural heritage and build strong connections with native Italians.
