Nevaeh is a first-generation college student at Davidson College, working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and English. She enjoys writing poetry, reading and creating art. On campus, she is the Black History Month Chair for the Black Student Coalition, an assistant for the Davidson College English Department, and a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
During the Fall 2024 semester, Nevaeh participated in the CET Colombia study abroad program through an FEA Access Partnership. Some of her favorite memories are visiting San Cipriano, going paragliding, and getting a tattoo. She defines the country as a mural of all the populations who reside there. Now, Nevaeh is returning as both a scholar and intern because of her passion for higher education and assisting underrepresented communities.
