Some more tacos featuring Bolivian Empanadas!!! During the Latin American and Caribbean Embassy event, foods from all over those regions were selling foods. I also bought some Ecuadorian chocolate made with some banana as well. Overall, it is interesting to see foods as an extension of peopleโ€™s cultures, especially abroad.
