Hey guys,

This is my first ever vlog/blog! So please bear with me as I try to figure out how to improve my documenting skills over the summer. In addition to learning how to blog, I cannot wait to see what other amazing things I learn in Quito, Ecuador.

I have officially finished packing and have the pre-departure jitters. Its bitter sweet to leave family and friends back at home but I am beyond excited for the many adventure to come in the next 6 weeks in Quito, Ecuador! I hope to fill you in as best as possible on my journey as it will be filled with three classes ( a science and two literature classes) and two week long excursion (one week in the Amazon Jungle and another week in the Galapagos Island)!

Wish me luck!
