Sarahann Yeh is a FEA Alumna and Emeritus Member of the FEA Board of Directors. With the support of FEA, Sarahann studied at East China Normal University in Shanghai in 2014. While in China, Sarahann participated in an accelerated language program and volunteered as an English teacher at a local community center. Sarahann later taught English as a Fulbright recipient in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, and she completed a Master’s degree in International Law and Economics at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Sarahann currently works as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State and will be moving in Guatemala City in July 2020.
Sarahann attributes much of her professional development to FEA. FEA not only gave Sarahann access to study abroad, but taught her to think big and to think global. She is a sincere believer in international education, and hopes to continue carrying FEA’s mission and vision with her into her professional life.
