Since 2015, the Fund for Education Abroad (FEA) Minnesota Scholarship has helped three deserving Minnesota students follow their dreams abroad. Thanks to the efforts of a dedicated group of international educators and FEA supporters,
- Sowda Ahmed, a student at the University of Minnesota, studied abroad for a semester in the United Arab Emirates,
- Amanda Grant, a student at the University of Minnesota, studied abroad in South Korea for an Academic Year,
- and Timothy Paczynski, a student at Gustavus Adolphus College, is currently studying abroad for the 2017-2018 Academic Year in Hungary.
If you share the belief that the value of education abroad is so great that no barrier – financial, curricular, or personal – should be insurmountable, please support our scholarship to ensure that a deserving student from our community can achieve their dream of studying abroad.
This year, we are aiming to raise $5,000 to grant one more deserving student from Minnesota an opportunity of a lifetime to study abroad during the 2018-2019 academic year. Please consider donating on our Razoo page.
Come one, come all to the FEA Minnesota Scholarship’s Bowl-A-Thon to raise funds for the next generation of FEA Minnesota Scholars!
